You Are Not Alone. Help, Hope & Support Are Here.

There are moments in life when we all need support.

You may be navigating a difficult season, carrying an emotional burden, searching for direction, struggling with a relationship, grieving a loss, questioning your purpose, or simply needing someone to listen.

At Chi Zara International, we believe no one should feel that they have to face life’s challenges alone.

Our Help & Support Centre exists to provide a compassionate starting point where individuals can find encouragement, faith-based support, helpful resources, and pathways towards appropriate assistance.

Whatever has brought you here today, we encourage you to take the next step.

Prayer Support

Let Us Pray With You

Sometimes what we need most is to know that someone is standing with us in prayer.

If you are carrying a burden, facing an important decision, walking through uncertainty, celebrating an answered prayer, or believing God for a breakthrough, you are welcome to submit a prayer request.

Our commitment is to approach prayer requests with compassion, respect, and discretion.

You do not have to have all the right words.

Simply tell us how we can pray for you.

  • Family support
  • Youth support
  • Education
  • Community assistance

As our support network expands, we aim to provide pathways to resources relating to areas such as:

Where Chi Zara International cannot directly provide the assistance required, we believe responsible support includes helping people identify an appropriate next step whenever reliable resources are available.

Tell Us How We Can Help

If you are unsure where to begin, you can contact us and briefly explain the type of support you are seeking.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry and the resources available, we may provide information, direct you towards relevant Chi Zara resources, or recommend that you seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or organisation.

Request Support

Please remember that submitting a request does not establish a professional counselling, medical, legal, or therapeutic relationship.

Supporting the Whole Person

At Chi Zara International, intentional living recognises that the different areas of our lives are interconnected.

Our approach to support therefore considers the whole person:

Spiritually — nurturing faith and a deeper relationship with God.

Emotionally — encouraging healthy reflection, resilience, and appropriate support.

Relationally — promoting healthy families, friendships, marriages, and communities.

Personally — supporting growth, purpose, confidence, and intentional decision-making.

Practically — connecting people with information and resources that can help them take constructive next steps.

We believe compassion should not simply acknowledge a person’s struggle. Wherever possible, compassion should help create a pathway forward.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to approaching every person who seeks support with:

Compassion — because every person’s story matters.

Dignity — because every person deserves to be treated with respect.

Discretion — because sensitive conversations should be handled responsibly.

Integrity — because trust must never be taken lightly.

Faith — because our work is grounded in our Christian foundation.

Hope — because difficult circumstances do not have to determine the rest of your story.

When Professional Help Is Needed

Faith, prayer, community, and spiritual encouragement can be deeply valuable, but they are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other specialised care when such assistance is needed.

We encourage you to seek appropriately qualified professional support whenever your circumstances require it.

Chi Zara International’s inspirational, devotional, prayer, and general support resources should not be interpreted as medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical advice.

If You Are in Immediate Danger or Crisis

If you or another person is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, at risk of self-harm or suicide, experiencing violence or abuse, or facing another urgent situation, do not wait for a response through this website.

Contact the emergency services available in your location or go to the nearest emergency department or appropriate emergency facility.

Where possible, also contact a trusted person who can remain with you or help you access immediate professional assistance.

Help Someone Else

Sometimes you arrive here because you are concerned about someone you love.

You may not always know what to say or how to help—and that is okay.

Listen without judgement. Take their concerns seriously. Encourage appropriate support. Pray with them if they are comfortable with prayer, and do not hesitate to involve qualified professionals or emergency services when someone’s immediate safety may be at risk.

Your willingness to notice, listen, and respond compassionately can make an important difference.

There Is Hope

Whatever season you are walking through, asking for help can be the beginning of something different.

You may not have every answer today.

You may not know exactly what comes next.

But you can take one intentional step.

Reach out. Pray. Talk to someone you trust. Access the appropriate support. Give yourself permission to receive help.

At Chi Zara International, our desire is to create a community where faith inspires compassion, compassion leads to action, and people are reminded that hope remains—even in life’s most difficult seasons.
